Crafted Care Remedial Massage was founded on the belief that every person deserves care that feels personal, considered and genuinely supportive.
Located within the calm and welcoming environment of Ease Wellness in Hurlstone Park, qualified remedial massage therapist Honey Pannapats provides treatments thoughtfully adapted to your body, comfort and individual needs.
With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, a background in Traditional Thai Massage and additional training through the Institute of Oncology Massage, Honey offers safe and compassionate care for people through different stages of life—including those who have ever received a cancer diagnosis.
Meet Honey
Hi, I’m Honey Pannapats, the remedial massage therapist behind Crafted Care Remedial Massage.
With more than 10 years of hands-on massage experience and a background in Traditional Thai Massage, my approach combines experience, clinical reasoning and genuine care. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52021) and am a member of the Association of Massage Therapists (AMT).
I believe massage should never feel like a one-size-fits-all treatment. Every person arrives with a different body, lifestyle and reason for seeking care, so I take the time to listen, understand your concerns and adapt each treatment to what you need on the day.
My treatments may incorporate remedial and deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, stretching, therapeutic heat and cupping where appropriate. Alongside general remedial care, I have developed a particular interest in oncology massage and gentle, supportive care for people affected by cancer.
I continue to expand my professional knowledge through ongoing education in oncology massage, lymphatic care and evidence-informed massage practice, with the goal of providing treatment that is safe, considered and within my professional scope.

Oncology Massage
Oncology massage is a gentle and individually adapted form of massage for people living with or with a history of cancer. Treatment is modified according to your health, medical treatment, symptoms, energy levels and comfort.
Consideration is given to factors such as surgery, radiation, lymph node procedures, medical devices, fatigue, pain and positioning to provide a safe, comfortable and supportive experience.
Initial consultation and shorter follow-up appointments are available to accommodate individual needs.
Lymphatic Wellness Massage
A light, rhythmic treatment designed to support normal lymphatic flow while encouraging deep relaxation and overall wellbeing. Gentle specialised techniques are used rather than the deeper pressure associated with traditional massage.
This service is intended for general wellness and uncomplicated lymphatic support and is not a treatment for diagnosed lymphoedema or other medical lymphatic conditions.
Ideal for: clients seeking a gentle, restorative treatment and general lymphatic wellbeing.

Health Fund Rebates
Claim Your Remedial Massage Benefits
Crafted Care Remedial Massage is a recognised health fund provider, allowing eligible clients to claim a rebate for qualifying remedial massage treatments through their private health insurance.
After your appointment, an itemised treatment receipt will be sent directly to your email, which you can use to submit your claim to your health fund.
Please note: Rebates and eligibility vary between health funds and individual levels of cover. We recommend checking with your private health insurer before booking to confirm your remedial massage benefits and applicable rebate.
No on-the-spot claiming is required — simply use your emailed receipt to lodge your claim with your health fund.

Crafted Care Remedial Massage
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments and services provided by Crafted Care Remedial Massage. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from Crafted Care Remedial Massage.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Treatment times are reserved specifically for each client. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full appointment fee may still apply.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Crafted Care Remedial Massage understands that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") may incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.
Crafted Care Remedial Massage may waive a cancellation fee at its discretion where exceptional circumstances apply.
Where Crafted Care Remedial Massage needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and no cancellation fee will apply.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the completion of your treatment unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be advised at the studio.
Prices are those displayed or communicated at the time of booking and may be changed from time to time.
Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be required to be paid before another appointment is confirmed.
4. Health Information & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about their health, medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies and any changes that may affect the suitability of a treatment.
Please advise Crafted Care Remedial Massage before treatment if you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery or medical treatment, are receiving cancer treatment, have lymphatic or circulatory conditions, or have any other health concern that may affect your treatment.
Where appropriate, Crafted Care Remedial Massage may recommend that you seek clearance from your treating doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. No guarantee is made regarding a particular health or treatment outcome.
5. Treatment Consent
Your therapist will explain the proposed treatment where appropriate and may modify the treatment based on your needs, comfort and relevant health information.
You may ask questions, request changes to pressure or technique, decline any part of a treatment, or withdraw your consent and end the treatment at any time.
Appropriate professional draping will be used during treatments, with only the area being treated exposed.
6. Remedial, Therapeutic, Oncology & Lymphatic Massage
Different massage treatments may have specific suitability requirements or contraindications. In particular, oncology and lymphatic massage may require additional health information before treatment.
Crafted Care Remedial Massage reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline a treatment where it is considered inappropriate or potentially unsafe to proceed.
Where necessary, you may be referred back to your treating healthcare professional for further advice or clearance.
7. Professional Conduct
Crafted Care Remedial Massage provides professional therapeutic massage services only.
Inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated. A treatment may be terminated immediately where such behaviour occurs, and the full treatment fee may remain payable.
Crafted Care Remedial Massage reserves the right to refuse future bookings in these circumstances.
8. Privacy & Personal Information
Personal and health information collected by Crafted Care Remedial Massage is used for purposes associated with providing treatment, managing appointments and administering the business.
Information will be handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties except with your consent, where reasonably necessary for your care, or where required by law.
Clients should advise Crafted Care Remedial Massage if their contact or relevant health information changes.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending the studio. Crafted Care Remedial Massage accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability & Australian Consumer Law
Crafted Care Remedial Massage will provide its services with appropriate professional care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
11. Changes to These Terms
Crafted Care Remedial Massage may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your appointment will be those current at the time of booking.
By making a booking with Crafted Care Remedial Massage, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
